​Once your application is approved and your apartment is ready, you may move in as soon as your lease is signed and all required payments are made.

​You can apply online through our website by selecting Apply Now. Once your application is submitted, our team will begin processing it and contact you if any additional information is needed.

​All applicants must meet our standard screening requirements, including income verification, rental history, and background checks. Contact our leasing team for full qualification criteria.

​Renter’s insurance is not required, but it is strongly recommended. It helps protect your personal belongings from unexpected events like fire or theft. Ask your insurance provider for plan options.

​If you do not meet the qualification requirements, we partner with The Guarantors (www.theguarantors.com), a third-party company that may be able to co-sign for you. Our team can guide you through how to apply with them.

​Submit non-emergency requests anytime through the resident portal or mobile app. For emergency requests, call the office directly.

We offer 24-hour emergency maintenance. For maintenance emergency issues, call the office and follow the prompts.

We allow up to 2 pets per apartment, including cats, dogs, and approved exotic/caged pets.

• $300 non-refundable fee per cat or dog
• $20 monthly pet rent per pet
• $100 non-refundable fee per exotic/caged pet (turtles, hamsters, guinea pigs, chinchillas, parrots, etc.)
• Fees do not cover damages and are non-refundable
• All pets must be approved and added to the lease before arriving

​Yes — all phases offer pet-friendly walk areas, pet waste stations, and access to planned walking trails and fishing lakes throughout the Stone Creek Falls community. The Pinnacle also features its own dog run for added convenience.
